How do I recharge my Rohm+?

To charge your Rohm+ wirelessly, center the unit on the wireless charging pad as illustrated in the Use and Care manual. Do not attempt to charge the unit wireless while plugged in with a USB adapter. Charging time is 4 hours.


What do the flashing indicator lights mean?

If your Rohm+ battery is low, the indicator light will blink quickly. While your device is charging, the indicator light will blink slowly. When your device is fully charged, the indicator light will turn off completely.


How do I use the Wireless speaker?

To connect your device to the wireless speaker, ensure the wireless is active on your device, turn on your sound machine, and press the wireless button on your sound machine. The wireless LED will flash blue. Complete pairing on your device via the wireless settings. When the device is paired, the Wireless LED light will turn solid blue. To deactivate Wireless, press the Wireless button. The wireless LED light will turn off.

 Quick Setup Guide

 Step 1: Charge Your Device

  1. Use the included USB cable or a wireless charger to fully charge your Rohm+

  2. Low battery = fast blinks

Charging = Slow blinks

Fully charged = Indicator light turns off


  • USB power supply is not included

  • Wireless charger not included

  • When charging wireless, center unit as shown on wireless charging pad

  • Do not attempt to charge wirelessly while plugged in with USB adapter


Step 2: To Connect to Wireless Speaker

1.Ensure Bluetooth is active on your mobile device

2. Power on sound machine

  1. Press the Wireless button on your sound machine. The Wireless LED will flash blue

  2. Complete pairing on your device via the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device

  3. When the device is paired, the Wireless LED light will turn solid blue

  • If pairing is unsuccessful after 3 minutes, the blue light will turn orange. To attempt pairing again, press and hold the Wireless button until the Wireless LED light flashes and repeat step 4 and 5



Step 3: To Deactivate Wireless Speaker

Press the Wireless button. The Wireless LED light will turn off

Step 4: To Set Timer

Push the Timer button. An LED will light up under the timer you have set; either 45 minutes, 90 minutes, or 8 hours

The sound machine will automatically turn off at the desired time

To deactivate the Timer, press the Timer button to cycle through timer settings until no LED light is illuminated

The Timer LED will turn off after 20 seconds


TROUBLESHOOTING

I can’t get my device to connect to the wireless speaker. What do I do?

If pairing is unsuccessful after 3 minutes, the blue light will turn orange. To attempt pairing again, press and hold the Wireless button until the Wireless LED light flashes and complete pairing on your mobile device via the Bluetooth settings. When the device is paired, the Wireless LED light will turn solid blue.v


Shipping

At Kids Crystal, we are proud to be authorized retailers of various brands, each with its own shipping policies. Orders are confirmed and processed once all shipping conditions are met. Payment is accepted only after order confirmation to ensure a seamless transaction.

All orders are shipped through UPS, USPS, FedEx, or freight carriers.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@kidscrystal.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send email and attach photos to returns@kidscrystal.com.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your orde

Price Guarantee

We are committed to offering the best prices online. If you find the same product at a lower price on another online store within four weeks of your purchase, let us know, and we will refund the difference. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing you're getting the best deal.
